Firestone Complete Auto Care

Firestone good. Other stores bad. Will come back. There’s a fine looking red headed gentleman, Jim I think his name is, who provided me with superior customer care for my Mercedes. Boy it cost a pretty penny but I am pleased with experience.

These guys are the epitome of customer service. They have taken care of my family for two generations now we would never go anywhere else. Everything from our oil changes to just a simple flat fix. They have treated us the same as if we were their main priority. Thank you very much Firestone on Main Street. We appreciate you.

My daughter is an OU student and was on the side of the road five hours from home with a popped tire. I called them and they gave me the number to a local towing service. We had the car towed to them and they were able to replace her tire with the same type she had and back on the toad quickly. Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend and use in the future!

I have been going to the Firestone on Main St for years and they always do a great job but that's not why I keep going back. The main reason for my loyalty is because of Christopher Bray. It could be over a year since my last visit and I always get greeted by my first name as soon as I walk through the door. He tells it to you straight with no fluff and is transparent with the work and the charges that will be assessed. That's how I like to do business. You have a great employee in Chris. Keep him around...he is solid!

I have a fleet Tesla that needed tires rotated. The vendor said take it to Firestone, which I did. Eight hours later they called me to tell me they didn’t have the Tesla puck required to jack up the car. It’s not like it’s an Astin Martin or Alfa Romeo, it’s a Tesla for crying out loud. The whole job should have taken a couple hours at most. They had my car for eight hours before they realized they couldn’t even jack it up. Pitiful. It was a much better run shop back when Ken was the manager. Im a small business owner and I can’t imagine being this incompetent with customers. If I could give zero stars I would.
